Day one: arrive and find your rhythm
Plan your first day around your actual arrival time. Self check-in at Surf Ranch starts at 3 pm; save the instructions before traveling. After settling in, find Café 13, check the route across the road to the beach and take a relaxed walk. If daylight and weather allow, make sunset your first outing. Keep dinner flexible rather than booking an activity that depends on a perfectly timed flight and transfer.
Day two: surf and explore
Enjoy breakfast between 8 and 10 am, unless your confirmed lesson time calls for a different plan. We can help arrange a board or independent instructor before arrival. The provider should choose a suitable session for your level and conditions. Return to use the outdoor shower and rest, then spend the afternoon exploring town or browsing the current activity catalogue. Avoid packing a demanding full-day excursion around a surf lesson.

Day three: choose your own pace
If you are staying another night, choose one main outing: a nature excursion, a boat trip from the available catalogue or another surf session. Confirm transport and return times before paying. If this is your departure day, keep the morning local and check out by 11 am. Do not schedule a distant excursion before an airport transfer. The beach can be a place to pause rather than a checklist to complete.
Adapt the plan for families or friends
Families can shorten outings and leave time to return to the room between activities. Ask providers about children’s ages and equipment before booking. Friends with different surf levels do not have to take the same lesson. Agree on one shared meal or sunset and keep room for separate interests. Choose queen, twin, family or two-queen accommodation based on beds and capacity, not just the itinerary.
What to arrange before you travel
Book your room, confirm airport transport and request any surf setup ahead of arrival. Keep room access instructions, provider contacts and pickup details available offline. Check the weather close to your trip and leave one activity flexible. This itinerary describes three days, not a fixed package or guaranteed schedule: meals beyond breakfast, lessons, boards, tours and transfers are separately priced. Choose your exact number of nights on the booking page.
